Meet your Teacher

Elizabeth Pyjov, JD MTS holds 3 Harvard degrees, speaks 5 languages, has lived in 7 countries, and has taught over 10,000 people to meditate in the last decade. She has a Master's in Buddhism from Harvard Divinity School and studied neuroscience at Stanford Medical School. Elizabeth brings brain science to every meditation program. She specializes in happiness, self-compassion and having more energy. Her goal is your happiness, health, and connection with others!

It was short but I learned very important notions on self compassion.

I could not understand every word. Sentences begin clearly, then speed up at the end with words being swallowed. Uneven though what was said was worthwhile. Then, I couldn’t do the 8th session. Somehow thought I had heard it. I had not and could not go back to it. Very strange

Great insights. I just recommend listening with headphones as it’s hard to understand or hear voice. To the guide: I hope you can record with a mic or have a quiet space to speak with more confidence. It just sounds a bit quick or mumbling at times. -chronic mumbler
