Closing your eyes,

Getting comfortable in your chair,

And put a hand on your heart and say,

Every part of me is welcome in this heart.

Feel your beating heart and set the intention.

Every cell in my body is welcome in this heart.

Every past version of me is welcome in this heart.

Feel the hand to the heart and set the intention that there is space in my heart for all of me,

Just as I am,

And I forgive myself for everything.

My intention is to move through life with ease and lightness and joy,

Forgiving all beings,

Including myself.

I am safe in this heart.

Sending yourself the wish,

May I be at peace.

May I befriend this human being who happens to be me.

May I offer myself unconditional inner friendship to myself as I am.

Keeping your face relaxed,

Your forehead and your eyes relaxed.

Sending yourself the wish,

May I be at ease.

For any suffering that is there,

May I send myself compassion.

May I be happy.

May I be peaceful.

May I be at ease.

And may I understand that every experience was necessary.

Everything I ever did was necessary for my growth and for my heart to open to other people and itself.

May I be happy.

May I be peaceful.

May I be at ease with myself,

Just as I am.

And take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath out through the mouth.

We will take a four,

Seven,

Eight breath.

Inhaling for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Exhaling through the mouth for two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.
