The Steps To Establishing Priorities & The Importance Of Being Authentic

In the fourth lesson, we talk about how we can be authentic today and every day. We differentiate between micro and macro priorities, the importance of resting when we need to, inner and outer environments, how to be productive, and using inspiration and motivation as a tool. We also introduce the goals of each "system."

In this lesson, we dive into each of your five systems. These systems include: - You and your body (and your spirit) - You and your romantic partner - You and your future - You as a creator (your work) - You and your parents (and your ancestors) We will talk about how to address each system regarding setting priorities and expectations & what you can do each day to serve these systems.

Systemic Approach To Serving Priorities To Reduce Suffering

In order to serve our systems, we must give attention to every system, or the others will suffer. In this sixth lesson, we review the systems and discuss a "systemic approach" to serving the priorities of each system. We will also learn how to clarify priorities to increase happiness, and health, and to increase energy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course! Elizabeth's knowledge and familiarity with 'the Priority Systems' was impressive and very helpful. Some very helpful ideas and good suggestions to live by in here. I want to go back and revisit some of her information and suggestions -particularly the section on Romantic Partners in day 4, and the very last section on Authenticity and LOVE in day 7. I presume the photo shown with this course is the is a photo of the authors. Certainly her voice makes her sound as young as her photo looks. I’m amazed to find this kind of wisdom and understanding coming from a person so young. Excellent course. I have learnt so much. I understand how my physical and mental health have suffered because I thought I needed to put others needs before my own. But this course has shown me it’s the opposite… I need to serve my body and me first to put energy there. To be authentic so I can be in harmony within and with all around me.
