Binding your breath,
And release any tightness in your forehead,
In the throat,
In the belly,
In the legs,
In the feet.
Feel the softness of your body here,
And with a hand to your heart,
If you like,
Say for yourself,
May I be happy.
My intention is my happiness.
May I find joy every day.
May I be safe.
May I be healthy and strong and full of energy,
And yet may I be soft and authentic and relaxed.
May I feel the space and the silence within me.
May I be authentic in my own heart.
May I be kind to myself always,
Saying I accept myself as I am.
I practice friendliness to myself as I am,
