This entire course has been recorded during the three weeks of my third anniversary of this trauma. In this course, you'll find stories, practices, exercises, and inspiration to enter into your grief. This is an open forum for you to share your journey and to be inspired by mine.

Thank you for sharing you. The course was insightful, inspiring and deeply thought provoking. I have learned grief has a life of its own. It can open your eyes, heart and soul in ways one never imagined. For me, it was losing my Mom and a life changing event all at once, as well as facing past challenges I didn’t deal with in my journey of life. I’ve learned healing takes time and not one set by human time. Yet, I am embracing it with kindness, care and gentleness. There are days and there are days it can be unbearable and painful. I have learned to just “be” without expectations. I have learned to trust God to carry me. Again thank you - you have given me different perspectives, ideas and things to try to feed my healing journey.
