Yonah speaks with so much gentleness and the phrases are chosen with care and thoughtfulness. It’s inspiring to build a habit but he also acknowledges how challenging it can be due to various reasons. So he builds in flexibility. I’d have liked it if his method included loving-kindness type meditation also as the breath is a really challenging anchor. But I appreciated how he introduced ambient sounds as an anchor, which is more manageable. Many thanks for your soothing course 💜🍀🌼🌌

“Poop yourself”… as soon as I heard that I was hooked to your course. I just finished your course today, and I have a spring in my step, a giggle in my heart and a new found love for myself and all the arse about face things I do haa haaa Your course was excellent. Loving oneself was always thought of as being conceited or narcissistic by my whole family growing up. You’ve taught me that to love yourself is to have respect for yourself, to care for yourself, to become who you really are, to laugh uncontrollably about anything that tickles you, to be true to your feelings, to allow your feelings.. it’s a coming out a real opening of my own eyes… I’m very happy and I wish nothing but good things upon you. Thank you for this relaxing meditation. I especially like your attention to all the muscle groups in the body scan. It helps to picture them relaxing and sinking down.
