This program will reset your energy and your focus with five yoga lessons- Monday through Friday. Monday is about getting energized with backbends. Tuesday is finding strength with steady standing poses. Wednesday is about having fun and getting creative with hip openers. On Thursday, we will renew and restore with deep stretches. And finally, on Friday, we will take all that we have learned and challenge ourselves!
