Dr. Traci Stein is a health psychologist, award-winning author, and the creator of a series of popular meditation, guided imagery & hypnosis audio programs . Traci is also the host of two popular podcasts: "Unpacking Possibility with Dr. Traci Stein," and "Curious Explorers" (with co-host Kathy Kelly). She has written about, taught, and spoken about topics ranging from wellness and health, to hypnosis, and compassionate self-improvement. Traci has also taught and spoken about intuitive development and is both a natural and trained intuitive. Traci's work has been featured in "O, The Oprah Magazine," "Health," and elsewhere. In addition, Traci was previously a clinical supervisor and adjunct professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a core faculty member at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute . Her work and audio programs can be described as affirming, encouraging, thought-provoking and inclusive.

I needed that today. I have stepped out of an an unhealthy business relationship and the heaviness of the breakup was lingering. My intention for 2026 was to let go of this heavy energy and invite peace. This meditation helped me do that. I needed all that love. And the beautiful vision of where I am headed. Thank you.

I am quite fond of this meditation. It says all the right things to allow me to become fully engaged in this powerful affirmation activity. It left me feeling renewed, which is what I need sometimes. This track was effective at doing that for me. Thank you✨️🙏🏽🤍💫🕯
