Hi,
I'm Tracy Stein,
And this imagery is designed to help you ease stress and feel more confident and calm,
Whatever that means for you in this moment.
So,
For the next several minutes,
I'd like to invite you to just settle in wherever you find yourself and breathe.
You can trust that your wisest self can help you recenter rapidly and easily and intuitively,
Just being in the now.
So,
Give yourself permission to release what you need to and breathe in ease,
Just like that.
And you can imagine with each natural inhalation that you draw in calm,
Feeling more and more centered,
Allowing your belly to gently expand outward with each natural in-breath.
Finding just the right rhythm for you,
Whatever that is in this moment.
And with each exhalation,
Allowing your belly to relax back,
Inviting the out-breath to take with it any worries,
Any tension,
Any automatic thoughts and the emotions and sensations that they can generate,
The ones you'd like to set aside or release altogether.
And on each in-breath,
It can feel more and more peaceful and centered,
A lovely and easy and natural progression,
The most natural thing in the world.
To bring your body and mind to a calm and confident place,
Reclaiming ease as your birthright,
Your most natural state,
And a powerful innate ally.
So,
Let the breath carry away all of those things you'd like to release,
Like a powerful breeze,
Carrying dried leaves off into the distance,
Like shedding an outfit that no longer suits you and revealing the best parts of yourself.
They've always been there,
Your steadfast companion and inner ally,
The part of you that has loved you since forever and has been with you for all time.
The voice that reassures you that you matter and that you were worthy simply for being you.
The soul of self-compassion,
The part that invites you to embrace joy and that knows that we are all always learning and so mistakes cannot define us.
Wonderful.
And you can remember that you can turn down the volume on any unhelpful chatter just as easily as you would turn down the volume on an old radio or perhaps change the channel entirely.
Tuning into the you that you most want to be,
Your best and highest self,
Whatever that is for you and whatever that means in this moment.
And to remind yourself that simple things can be so powerful,
You're welcome to place a hand over your heart or rest it easily on your belly,
Just feeling how this calms your body and your mind.
A gesture so simple,
Yet really powerful.
Or if you prefer,
You can perhaps touch your thumb and forefinger together.
Or perhaps comfortably clasp your hands in front of you.
It really doesn't matter.
So just notice what resonates with you.
And what anchors you in the moment.
And because,
Again,
Simple things can be so powerful,
You can trust that this very simple act of going within and breathing with your intention to release what you don't need and invite in calm.
You can let this be so grounding.
And let it remind you of your innate ability to be calm.
To think clearly.
And reclaim your power.
And remember,
In the best possible way,
Whatever that is for you in this moment,
To see solutions as you need them.
You're wiser than you ever imagined.
And to easily access the wisdom and knowledge you already possess.
Everything's so clear now.
So simply be.
And breathe.
Wonderful.
And keeping in mind and knowing deep inside that you have survived and learned from every challenge.
And continued to grow.
Even when you thought you couldn't.
You did.
And what a wonderful thing that is.
So you can allow every moment to be a natural evolution.
You always had it within you.
And so now you can move forward.
Just feeling so good.
So grateful for accomplishments great and small.
And whether magnificent or mundane,
They all count.
So really give yourself permission to embrace yourself as your best self.
Whoever and however you are in this very moment.
Strong and secure and beautiful and confident.
And confident you.
Just as you are.
So just allow yourself to stay with these pleasant feelings and what you know to be true.
And so having anchored your intention into embracing all that is wonderfully you.
You can once again bring your intention back to your breath.
And your body.
Just allowing yourself to stretch and shift as you need to.
Taking a few moments and having some sips of water perhaps.
Taking a few moments before returning once again feeling refreshed and still calm.
Very grounded.
Sipping back into the gift of this day.
