Hello and welcome.

Welcome to Self Healing Mondays.

A place to come where you can be 100% yourself.

You don't have to wear any masks here.

All of your brokenness is welcome here.

Everything you are,

Exactly the way you are.

You are so welcome here.

To begin,

Let us remember to breathe.

To be conscious of our breath.

We take our breath for granted.

We don't give our breath the attention it deserves.

So to begin,

Let's just give our breath the attention it deserves.

Just follow your breath in through your nose and out through your nose.

In through your nose and out through your nose.

Connect to yourself.

Connect to your breath and slow down.

Slow down everything.

Slow down all of you.

And just be here with me right now.

Did you know that it's perfectly okay to have a crap day?

In fact,

Did you know that a crap day actually has its benefits?

A crap day can be incredibly cathartic because it means there's something inside of you that's longing to be released.

Something you're carrying everywhere you go that's holding you back.

So instead of distracting yourself from the crap,

Avoiding the feelings,

You can choose to do the opposite.

To explore what the feelings and thoughts are so you can actually let them go.

This meditation is here for you to return to whenever you have a crap day.

Whenever you're struggling with something and it's weighing you down.

I'd like to invite you to a very special place.

A place I regularly go to when I have something that I need to let go of.

A place I go to when I'm struggling with something that I just want to let go of.

I believe we underestimate the power we have within ourselves to heal.

I believe too many of us are searching high and low for something outside of ourselves that will make us feel better.

I believe that's the mistake everyone's making.

I'm not saying there aren't things outside of you that will help you heal.

I'm saying the most effective and powerful healing you can find lives within you.

So in this meditation,

I want to introduce you to a place that lives inside of you that you can go to any time you need to let go of something.

Maybe you're holding on to an argument.

Maybe you're holding on to a resentment from years ago.

Maybe you're holding on to a mistake you made in the past.

Or maybe you're holding on to an idea you're fixated with about a future outcome.

Or you're holding on to a relationship that doesn't serve you on anymore.

Or a conditioned behavior that you need to unlearn.

If you want to live in peaceful and happy flow with the universe,

Then you need to learn to consistently let go.

Because holding on to things blocks the flow.

Holding on to unnecessary stuff just prevents you from living your greatest life.

So if your eyes aren't closed,

Then I invite you to close them now.

And I want you to imagine a door directly in front of you.

This is the door to your imagination.

And you can access this door any time when you need stillness and to connect to yourself.

So what does the door of your imagination look like?

Is it made from beautiful wood?

Is it painted in a rainbow of colors?

Maybe it's not even a solid door.

Maybe it's a mist.

The first thing that comes in your head,

There's no wrong or right.

What does the door of your imagination look like?

I want you to remember this door.

To imprint it into your mind.

And remember it's always there.

It's always been there.

You just never realized it.

So I want you to open that door now.

And as you do,

You start to hear the sounds of a colossal waterfall.

Don't be afraid.

I promise this is perfectly safe.

I want you to open the door and find yourself on a platform surrounded by a chest-high secure fence overlooking the biggest and most powerful waterfall you have ever seen.

The platform where you're standing is safe and secure.

So you can walk over to the edge and peer over the fence to see the waterfall smashing into the water below.

I say again,

It is perfectly safe.

Nothing and no one can harm you in the world of your imagination.

So look over the fence.

Peer over and marvel at the power of the water crashing down into a bubbling furnace of cold watery nothingness.

This is the waterfall of redemption.

You can throw anything you want into this waterfall and it will dissolve into the nothingness below.

So what do you want to let go of today?

What do you want to let go of right now that you've just had enough of?

Memories of an old relationship that keep haunting you?

An old trauma that follows you wherever you go?

A mistake you made a long time ago?

A toxic behavior?

I'm going to give you some time now standing here peering over at the powerful waterfall and I want you to think hard of all the things that you want to let go of now.

Gather them up in the next few moments and we're going to let go of them together.

Now I'd like you to take the first thing you want to release and I want you to imagine it as a rock you're cradling in your hands.

A heavy,

Dark,

Rough and jagged rock that represents whatever it is you want to release.

And I want you to throw that rock into the waterfall and watch it instantly disappear from view.

It's gone.

It's sunk into the water and disappeared.

If you have more to let go of,

I want you to continue this process.

Imagine a jagged,

Heavy rock in your hands and when you're ready,

Throw it into the waterfall and let it go.

I'm going to give you some time now to continue this process until you have no more rocks.

What is there that you want to let go of right now?

Let everything that no longer serves you,

Let it all go.

Throw it into the waterfall of redemption.

This is your waterfall.

It lives within you,

Within your imagination.

And now you've discovered the door to your imagination.

You can access this place whenever you want.

Whenever you're having a crap day,

Come to this place.

Throw whatever it is into the waterfall and watch it disappear.

This is the way to your freedom,

To your healing,

To your peace.

Remember this place lives inside of you and remember to visit it often.

Because the more you let go,

The more you consistently release,

The more you heal and the happier you become.

Now we've come to the end of the meditation.

So we're going to leave the waterfall,

Go back through the door of your imagination,

Back into your body,

To the place where you're sitting,

Back to the world.
