Welcome to this guided meditation created especially for you to just slow down,
To step off the world and to recharge your battery.
Believe it or not,
You deserve to have an hour of the day,
An hour in the week,
An hour that's all and only about you and that's what Self Healing Mondays is.
So welcome,
I'm so happy that you're here.
This is a place where you just get to be yourself exactly the way you are.
You don't have to be brave,
You don't have to put a smile on your face,
Your life doesn't have to be perfect and you most definitely don't have to be perfect.
This is a place where you can just let go and just be yourself as you are exactly in this moment right now.
So just relax,
Slow down your breath,
Let go of the day,
Let go of everything that's transpired before this moment.
Just give yourself this time now.
We're going to start by taking some long deep breaths in together and sighing out anything and everything that doesn't serve us in this very moment.
Everything that's happened this day,
This week,
This month,
Worries,
To-do lists,
Chores,
Responsibilities,
Work,
Family.
In this space we're just going to let that all go.
So we're going to take a deep breath in through our nose and we're going to sigh everything else out.
Deep breath in and just let go of everything.
Just let everything and everyone drift out of you.
Deep breath in and let go.
And one more time,
Let us empty ourselves completely.
Deep breath in,
Sink into yourself.
Give yourself space to just be here now.
Focus on your breath,
In through your nose,
Out through your nose.
Slow down,
Connect,
Relax.
This is your time.
Today's guided meditation is about loving yourself no matter what.
Now I know that many of us find loving ourselves one of the most difficult things to do.
I spent my life hating myself,
But I changed that.
I made a decision to heal myself,
To somehow love myself back to life.
And so that's what I did.
And you can do that too.
You can love yourself back to life.
We think it's other people that can make us feel whole,
That can save us,
Complete us,
But you can do all those things for yourself.
And you don't need to say I love you to yourself.
I'm not asking you to lie to yourself if that's not how you feel,
But I am asking you to have the willingness to try,
The willingness to build a new and different relationship with yourself,
A relationship that doesn't judge or criticize or condemn or beat up or put down,
A relationship that nurtures,
That supports,
That accepts,
That forgives and understands.
You need to love yourself the way you've always wanted to be loved.
You need to gift yourself unconditional love no matter what.
No matter what.
Yes,
You're going to make mistakes.
Yes,
You're going to say the wrong things.
You're going to go the wrong way.
You're going to hurt people.
You're going to hurt yourself.
It's all part of being human.
It's all part of the experience of life.
It's how we learn,
How we evolve,
How we grow.
But what's most important is that despite all of it,
You love yourself no matter what.
Maybe your parents didn't love you no matter what.
Maybe your partner didn't see you,
Acknowledge you,
Hear you.
But you can do all of those things for yourself.
You can love yourself the way your parents should have loved you.
You can love yourself,
See yourself.
Hear yourself.
Accept yourself.
Forgive yourself.
Appreciate yourself.
Support yourself.
Uplift yourself.
The way you long someone to do all those things for you.
No one else can love you more than you can.
And all you need to begin loving yourself is the willingness to try.
The willingness to tune into your heart,
To tune into your soul,
To tune into your mind and your body exactly the way they are right now.
And love every single part of yourself.
Even if it feels uncomfortable,
You deserve to be loved no matter what.
So now I'd like you to take one of your hands and interlock your fingers with your other hand.
I want you to hold your hand like you would hold the hand of a child that you love or a partner or a friend.
You should be all of those things for yourself.
There's a child in you that wants to be loved and you are your greatest partner and you are your best friend.
So hold your hand and repeat after me if you are willing to do so.
And if you don't want to,
That's also fine.
Nothing is welcome here.
So let's begin.
It's difficult for me but I want to love and accept you exactly the way you are.
I'm sorry I'm so hard on you all the time.
I know you're trying your best.
I know you've been hurt.
I see you.
I hear you.
I acknowledge your pain.
I acknowledge your wounds.
I acknowledge each and every one of your feelings.
Your feelings are not wrong.
You are not bad.
You are not less than anyone else.
You are worthy of everything magical.
You are extraordinary.
I want to love you back to life.
I want to heal you.
I'm sorry if I haven't been there for you but I'm here for you now.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
And just feel that.
Feel how that feels inside your body and your heart and your soul and your mind.
And just be there.
Open your heart and accept your love and just be there.
