This was one of the best courses I’ve taken on insight timer or on other platforms. I look forward to revisiting this course, perhaps quarterly. The meditations were longer than usual, but they were very powerful and not a moment was wasteful. I would like to bottle this up and share it with anyone who is ready. This was a tough course for me but it’s very well done. I will go through it again and again. She has a beautiful way of expressing the depth of our being and the music is as important to the journey as the meditations. I experienced myriad emotions from distant and disconnected to sobbing in the depths of healing to smiling and walking through my day with confidence.
