Do you ever feel caught in the past and unable to let go?

Whatever has happened,

Whatever you cannot let go of,

Just know that there are millions of people around the world who feel the exact same way,

Who also struggle with the past.

Let's just find a comfortable space and gently close our eyes,

Resting the eyes and putting our bodies into a comfortable position,

Allowing your awareness to drift to wherever is intuitive to you,

Whatever is most natural,

If you can,

Just allowing everything to flow through you,

Even moments of the past,

Allowing them to do their thing and flow right through you,

Letting thoughts and sensations do their things,

They mean nothing in this particular moment,

They are nothing more than electrical and chemical impulses,

They're just there,

Even if they are bringing you back to past memories,

This moment is completely different to them memories,

You are here right now in a safe environment,

If you can,

Letting go of all that once was,

Just for now,

Wiping the slate clean,

Your body cells are changing every second of the day,

This makes you a completely unique version of yourself,

Every second,

Never the same,

Always changing,

Let's just embrace the new you for the next couple of moments,

Letting all drift through you and even since you started this meditation,

Your body and brain has changed,

Constantly evolving,

Just being aware of the miracle of change that's happening throughout your system for the next few moments,

Our systems are completely moving and flowing,

Naturally never stuck,

The past is stuck in time,

No movement or fluidity,

Now let's just gently move and stretch our bodies,

Before this meditation comes to an end,

Moving onwards and upwards as we open our eyes,

And come back to the earth,

Thank you for being here with me today,

And come back to this meditation anytime you wish.
