We move through our daily lives from a set of habits and some are useful to us and others do not serve us. If you have become habituated in seeking out your flaws then this habit is where the use of self development can become a tool you use against yourself.

When we embark on any self developement, it is vitally important that we know the difference between seeking to develop a new skill or habit to enhance our lives or whether we are attempting to feel worthy or good enough.

Finding Love For Yourself
If you have created a habit of finding fault with yourself, then this is not a problem. All habits can be removed and replaced. In the final episode we replace this habit with practising a new one of finding aspects you like and love about yourself.

This course has been very enlightening for me. For some time I have been vaguely aware of the fact that everything I do comes from a false idea that I am not good enough and therefore need to work very hard and do the "right things" to be "good." The second day of this course really helped me become fully aware of this false belief and helped me catch those thoughts more often.

Thank you very eye opening to bring this further into my awareness… the question, “what if I never change, & stay exactly as I am” is so freeing and provides relief from the doing and fixing. It empowers me to seek more being in the doing also :) 🙏

This is a bit too superficial. Changing habits, especially deeply rooted ways of seeing oneself is more difficult than outlined in this short course.But, at least it’s a first step.
