Have you ever felt completely exhausted, even when you haven’t really done that much? Like your mind is full, your body feels heavy, and even simple things feel harder than they should? If so, you’re really not alone. This course is a gentle space to understand your exhaustion and begin to support your energy in a different way, not by pushing through or trying harder, but by working with your body and nervous system.
You’ll be guided through simple, supportive practices to help you understand emotional and mental fatigue, gently wake up your energy in the morning, and reset during moments of overwhelm so you can feel more calm, steady, and supported.
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly or following a strict routine. Instead, you’ll be offered a variety of gentle practices so you can choose what feels right for you each day. Even one small shift is enough.
This course is especially supportive if you feel mentally or emotionally exhausted, experience ADHD, or struggle with focus and overwhelm, find yourself pushing through fatigue, or are looking for a softer, more compassionate way to support your energy.
You don’t need to do everything; just begin where you are, and come back to what feels supportive. Because restoring your energy doesn’t come from doing more, it comes from learning how to support yourself in a way that feels kind and sustainable.
Sandhya Coyle is a meditation teacher who creates gentle, accessible practices to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and overwhelm. Her work is especially focused on supporting individuals with ADHD, offering compassionate and practical tools to help navigate fatigue, distraction, and emotional intensity.
Drawing on her own lived experience of exhaustion and burnout, Sandhya combines mindfulness, body-based awareness, and simple energy practices to create supportive and easy-to-follow guidance. Her approach is non-judgmental and grounded in the belief that small, consistent moments of support can create meaningful shifts over time....

Morning Energy Activation
Starting the day can feel heavy… especially when your energy already feels low.
If mornings feel slow, foggy, or overwhelming, this gentle routine offers a different way to begin.
In this module, you’ll be guided through a simple daily energy practice inspired by Donna Eden. These movements are designed to gently wake up your system, support focus, and help your energy begin to flow—without pressure or intensity.
Over time, even small moments of movement like this can help you feel more awake, more present, and more supported in your day. You’ll also be offered a shorter version for low-energy mornings, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are.
Press play and begin your day with a gentle reset—one small step at a time.

Gentle Energy Reset Practices
When your energy feels low… or everything feels a bit too much… it can be hard to know what will actually help.
You might feel stuck between needing rest and wanting to feel more like yourself again. In this module, you’ll be guided through a small selection of gentle, body-based practices designed to support your nervous system and help your energy begin to move again. These simple techniques can be used throughout your day, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, sluggish, or mentally drained.
As you explore these practices, you may begin to notice subtle shifts… a sense of calm, a little more space in your mind, or a slight lift in your energy. You’ll also be encouraged to notice which practice feels most supportive for you, and gently return to it as part of your day.
Choose one that feels right, and allow it to support you, one small moment at a time.
