Wandering Through The Moment: Understanding The Four Foundations Of Mindfulness

Silas, I have been listening to you since I began my journey on the path to enlightenment in 2020. We learn early on the Universe provides as needed so I am fortunate to have been given you. I am blessed this is a joyous effort for you to provide these materials to us as they have been incredibly helpful to me as I sometimes find myself trudging instead of walking or needing to know more about something as I go along. Also, thank you for your elucidation of Stoic principles. Listening to Jon Brooks and yourself on this practice, a beautiful intertwining of life principles, has been very helpful to me. I am reading and applying the principles discussed in the book HAPPY by Darren Brown. I’m sure you have a copy of it on your shelves already. Thank you for what you do. When I make a donation to the teachers I listen to, the amount I donate nowhere near matches the help their work provides. I would need much more money in the bank! Please accept this humble sum with that in mind. Have a lovely day, Silas.
