Through short, accessible lessons, you’ll explore: The power of rest as a healing, nourishing practice The Celtic Wheel as a map for balanced living Breath awareness to calm your nervous system Liminal space as a gateway to creativity and transformation Deep wisdom practices for menopause, change, and life transitions This course is especially suited to those in a transitional phase of life, including perimenopause or burnout, and to anyone seeking a softer, more sustainable way of being. No experience is required — just bring an open heart and a willingness to slow down. There will be moments of pause and there are no opening or closing bells or music.


Meet your Teacher

Brenda Rock is a Rest & Well-being Mentor based in Ireland, with over 25 years of experience in holistic health. She holds a 500-hour certification in Hatha Yoga and a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy, alongside extensive training in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Women’s Health. Living close to nature in the Irish countryside, Brenda’s work is deeply influenced by the Celtic seasonal cycle and the healing power of rest. Her approach is therapeutic, grounded, and intuitive, supporting others to reconnect with themselves through rhythm, breath, and deep inner listening.
