The Shift From Mind To Heart. Why Now?
Today we explore the shift that’s occurring in the western world towards the heart. We open to the possibility that by taking this course, we are part of a collective awakening of the heart (which is occurring within individuals, communities and even businesses). In our practice together, we acknowledge our heart as a powerful organ and wisdom center and begin the process of building a healthy relationship with this aspect of ourselves.

Lesson 2
Just One Weed, And One Seed
Today we continue to explore the limitations of living predominantly from the mind. We also discuss how to begin to tap into the wisdom of our hearts in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. In our meditation, you’ll explore a practice that helps to calibrate your heart, by giving it a specific focus — a beautiful opportunity to feel, without feeling over run by your emotions.

Lesson 3
The Heartfelt Pause
Today we reflect on how easy it is to resist or squash down our emotions. We also explore the downside to this approach, and the benefits that await when we begin to befriend our emotions. In our meditation, we practice taking a heartfelt pause, a moment to feel our feelings in a safe and supported environment.

Lesson 4
Heart Coherence And Strengthening Your Field
Today we dive deeper into the science of the heart. We move beyond the over simplified understanding of ‘high vibes’ and instead, take a more balanced and researched approach to being a force of good in the world. In our meditation together, we explore heart coherence, a practice for strengthening the electromagnetic field within our hearts so that we can share our positive vibration with family, friends and even strangers in the street.

The Tree Of Stability And Spaciousness
Today we reflect upon the power of visualization in allowing us to drop into our essential nature and also create new neurological pathways. In our practice, we will visualize a tree, really sensing into its stability and its spaciousness. Through the power of meditation, we will explore these qualities within ourselves also.

Today we explore the idea of the course curriculum versus the universe curriculum. We reflect upon how often when we undertake personal development, life presents us with all kinds of weird and wonderful ways to practice what we are learning. In our meditation, we continue to invite the energy of the natural world into our hearts so that we can remember our deeper nature. In particular, we embrace the energy of the beach and the possibility of placing our challenges in the vast sea of awareness.

Grounded And Wise Like A Mountain
Today we explore meditation as a powerful tool for softening our limbic system and getting in touch with our inner wise voice. The Woods of Discernment

The Cave Of Insight
Today we explore how a heart-centered life allows us to stop running from, or resisting our challenges. We reflect upon the dangers of spiritual bypassing and instead, lean into the possibility that we can be with our pain with such curiosity and tenderness that ultimately, it can be our wise teacher. In our practice together we dare to cultivate a more courageous and loving relationship with our challenges.
