Just One Weed, And One Seed

Today we continue to explore the limitations of living predominantly from the mind. We also discuss how to begin to tap into the wisdom of our hearts in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. In our meditation, you’ll explore a practice that helps to calibrate your heart, by giving it a specific focus — a beautiful opportunity to feel, without feeling over run by your emotions. Today’s intention - It feels good to begin slowly, gently and with boundaries.

Lesson 3

The Heartfelt Pause

Today we reflect on how easy it is to resist or squash down our emotions. We also explore the downside to this approach, and the benefits that await when we begin to befriend our emotions. In our meditation, we practice taking a heartfelt pause, a moment to feel our feelings in a safe and supported environment. Today’s intention - Emotions are safe to come and go. I am safe to feel them.

Lesson 4

Heart Coherence And Strengthening Your Field

Today we dive deeper into the science of the heart. We move beyond the over simplified understanding of ‘high vibes’ and instead, take a more balanced and researched approach to being a force of good in the world. In our meditation together, we explore heart coherence, a practice for strengthening the electromagnetic field within our hearts so that we can share our positive vibration with family, friends and even strangers in the street. Today’s intention - Practicing heart coherence benefits me and those I care about.

The Tree Of Stability And Spaciousness

Today we reflect upon the power of visualization in allowing us to drop into our essential nature and also create new neurological pathways. In our practice, we will visualize a tree, really sensing into its stability and its spaciousness. Through the power of meditation, we will explore these qualities within ourselves also. Today’s intention - I can be both grounded and spacious, both secure and free.

The Waterfall Of Surrender And Forgiveness

Today we dive deeper into visualization, the science and the energy behind this powerful meditation technique. Together, we will come to understand that when we connect with certain energies held in nature, we can also reignite these same frequencies within us. In our meditation, we will call in the energy of the waterfall. From here, we will explore surrender and forgiveness. Today’s intention - I find freedom in forgiveness.

The Sandy Shores Of Vitality And Perspective

Today we explore the idea of the course curriculum versus the universe curriculum. We reflect upon how often when we undertake personal development, life presents us with all kinds of weird and wonderful ways to practice what we are learning. In our meditation, we continue to invite the energy of the natural world into our hearts so that we can remember our deeper nature. In particular, we embrace the energy of the beach and the possibility of placing our challenges in the vast sea of awareness. The Rainforest Of Diversity And Acceptance

Today we explore how when we are caught in the mind, we often resist certain aspects of ourselves. Grounded And Wise Like A Mountain

Today we explore meditation as a powerful tool for softening our limbic system and getting in touch with our inner wise voice. In our practice, we’ll call in the energy of a mountain — grounded, expansive, all knowing and unhooked by the drama. I very much enjoyed the small intro at the beginning of each session. Some of it interesting facts about the heart as a body part, other information. The visualizations really helped, some sprinkled with some of her personality, which made the guidance seem more “human.” Really enjoyed this practice.
