From here, your body, mind and heart will return to their natural state of equilibrium and balance, ready to receive the healing and restorative capacity of the night. Join Fleur Chambers for her seventh course here on Insight Timer and her fourth collaboration with internationally recognised composer Pablo Arellano. Allow this unique combination to transport you to a place where you feel safe to see yourself, and your life, in new ways. The proceeds from this course are providing families in Kenya with water filters to combat disease and enhance quality of life. This is not just a course.
