Introduction To Mindfulness Part Two

This is the second part of an Introduction to Mindfulness Course. My name is Sarah Pregnall and I’m a qualified Mindfulness teacher & Coach. This short course has been designed to be flexible and builds on the foundations of part one so if you haven’t completed part one I’d invite you to do that first. In this second section I’ll be sharing practical techniques that you can start using immediately in your day to day life and begin to notice some of the many benefits of Mindfulness. Each session includes a different guided Meditation practice as well as some Mindfulness theory where we’ll explore how to work with our thoughts more skilfully, balancing our negativity Bias, the practice of Loving Kindness and much more. The sessions are under 20 minutes and I’m looking forward to welcoming you!


Meet your Teacher

Sarah is a Breathworks accredited Mindfulness Teacher & Coach. She began her 15-year career working in Learning and Development functions for large corporates. She is an experienced and highly regarded facilitator and coach. Sarah's own experience with anxiety led her to explore Mindfulness in a more meaningful way. She has been practicing Mindfulness since 2015.
