In this Breathing Anchor Meditation we will be introducing counting. This practice is useful if you have a particularly busy mind as it gives the mind a job to do by counting each breath. We will silently drop in the count at the end of each exhale and do this until we reach the count of 10 and then beginning again. This meditation has longer periods of silence so you can practice for yourself.
