Meet your Teacher

Clara is a holistic therapist and a Moon Mother, and has facilitated women's circles. She started her physiotherapy course at UFPB and has lived in several countries around the world. She is delighted in collecting stories from different women, from different cultures.

Lesson 1

Methodology

This short audio is an explanation of how the course will work. What we will have to do daily (meditation, self-massage, affirmations and etc). You can come back listen to it any time to remind yourself.

Lesson 2

Self-Massage Exercise

In this audio we will discover the sequence in which the self-massage is done. This exercise should be done daily, always with gratitude for taking the time to take care of yourself.

Lesson 3

Daily Affirmations

This audio contains the affirmations that should be done daily for the duration of the course. It can be listened to at any time of the day, but I recommend doing it first thing in the morning.

Energizing The Hypothalamus

This meditation of the hypothalamus aims to create consciousness and energize this gland that is the "flagship" in the way of hormonal releases in our body. It should be done for 7 days in a row, only then we will move on to the next meditation. I hope you enjoy it, and I am grateful that we are together on this path.
