Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Put your hands on your lap.

Taking a deep breath,

Bring attention to your hands.

Feel or visualize a warm energy involving them.

Feel the pulse of your body on your hands.

Taking another deep breath,

Bring your hands to your heart and feel the connection.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
