Energizing your body during the menstrual period.
Sit or lie down comfortably so that your spine is straight,
Your shoulders relaxed,
Eyes slightly closed.
Bring your attention to the rhythm of your breathing and just observe without judgment.
After a while invite the breath to deepen,
Focusing on breathing out all the air in your lungs and then filling them up again.
When you feel you are in a state of pure relaxation,
Place your hands on your ovaries and uterus and notice any sensation that is present.
It may be the feeling of the pulsation of your bloodstream,
A warm sensation in the palm of your hands,
Tingling,
Vibration,
It doesn't matter,
Just notice how your body behaves when you direct attention to it.
Breathing deeply and relaxing even more,
Visualize your ovaries vibrating in a pearly light and notice that this light has a texture of water,
That it moves in a subtle way back and forth in the ovaries.
Relaxing further,
Notice that the energy flows down a channel from the ovaries to the uterus like two waterfalls that flow down and meet.
And relaxing even more,
Notice that these waters flow down your vaginal canal,
Cleansing and purifying the entire reproductive system,
Taking away from you feelings and thoughts that are no longer useful.
Allow yourself this cleansing,
Allow yourself to let go of everything that no longer adds to you,
That these waters transmute and take with love and gratitude the feelings,
Thoughts,
Words and actions of the past.
Allow your waters to flow.
Slowly bring your hands in a prayer position at the center of your heart.
Be grateful for this moment with yourself.
When you feel the time is right,
Slowly move your body,
Open your eyes and smile.
