Hello, this is a short meditation that you can make at any time of the day. A simple way for you to "reset" and release any kind of tension you might be feeling today. Hope you all enjoy it for it was made with love. In this "One-minute meditation" series, you will see that it's possible to center your mind in a very short time. Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground,

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Taking a deep breath bring your hands in the Anjali Mudra position,

The prayer position.

Place your thumbs right in the heart area.

Feel your heart beating and observe whether it beats fast or slow.

No judgments here just observation.

Take this moment to make a silent pray to the Divine.

And be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
