Transcript

Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground,

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Take a deep breath.

As you inhale,

Bring your shoulders close to your ears,

Creating some tension and hold it up as much as you can.

As you exhale,

Drop your shoulders and let your breathing come out with the sound of relief,

Letting go.

This is a good exercise to do whenever you're feeling too tense.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
