Lesson 1

Settling In

Breath is the foundation of this course. It is what grounds you, what holds you, what provides space for self-discovery and safety. In today's lesson we will tap into our breath, setting the foundation for what is to come. You will also be provided a journal prompt at the end of this lesson to start the exploration of self-love.

Lesson 2

Deconstructing Negative Beliefs

In the second lesson of 'HeartCentered-An Exploration of Self-Love and Safety' we will delve into multiple journal prompts to uncover the beliefs you hold about yourself. You will also be prompted to write a letter to yourself embracing vulnerability by delving into your missteps, acknowledging your imperfections, and unburdening yourself from any lingering frustrations. This lesson will end with a meditation to help transition you back to your day.

Holding Space For Your Inner Child

In this lesson we will uncover our inner child. We will hold them and provide the love and safety they crave. We will discover the origins of your relationship with self-love and safety, guiding you to explore the roots of your inner landscape.

Lesson 4

Uncovering Your Shadow

In lesson four we will start to understand where our self-doubt and lack of safety stems from. This lesson is primarily journal based with four journal prompts and a guided meditation at the end. We will also learn the breathing technique of the box breath.

A Letter To Your Younger Self

Throughout this lesson you will work on crafting a letter to your younger self. You will be encouraged to offer the nurturing words and support that you needed during your formative years. You will also reflect on how you can presently be a source of comfort and guidance to the child within you, fostering healing and self-love.

Embodying Self-Love And Safety

What would self-love and safety feel like in your body? What sensations arise when you slow down and connect with your heart center? Lesson six merges the topics we have been exploring throughout the last five days to connect it back to self and being.

Love Letters

In the last lesson of 'HeartCentered-and Exploration of Self-Love and Safety' you will be guided through the dance of liberation. A celebration of the newfound love and safety that resides within. You will also write a love letter to yourself, completing the final aspect of this course.
