Our relationships with family often carry the strain of our over-scheduled lives, we take those we love for granted or find ourselves focusing on small irritants. Today’s meditation practice provides an antidote by inviting us to drop into a deep sense of thankfulness for a family member, past or present. It’s so easy to move through our days on the lookout for micro threats, people letting us down, heavy traffic, things not going to plan and awkward conversations. Taking the time to focus on what we are grateful for is a powerful practice to circuit-break these negative cycles and instead, enjoy a real opportunity to feel satisfied and safe within our lives. Day six offers you the time and space to feel grateful for the aspects of your life you worked hard to achieve, the parts that caught you by surprise, and even the challenges.

Exploring Your Self-Worth
It’s so easy to move through our days in a trance of unworthiness, telling ourselves we will accept ourselves, like ourselves when we are more. More fit, slim, successful or interesting. When we are more confident, patient or brave. This trance skews our vision and makes it difficult for us to see all the ways we are already enough. Day seven is an opportunity to reorientate your awareness away from lack and towards your enoughness.
