Lesson 5 - Pneumatics & Hydraulics, feeling the breath in the trunk. Lesson 6 - Where the eyes go, the body-mind follows. Feel the importance of where your eyes are looking at

Meet your Teacher

Erifily Nikola is a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Kripalu Yoga teacher. She always had a keen interest in movement. Allowing her curiosity to lead the way, she slowly migrated from more extrovert and visual oriented aspects of movement like dance and physical theater to more subtle and educational methods, first getting certified under as a yoga teacher from Kripalu (MA, USA) and then as a Feldenkrais practitioner (Basel IV). Currently, she is studying Shinzen Young's Basic Mindfulness program, Gil Hedley's online anatomy programs and Aikido. She live and teaches online and off from Athens, Greece. Many of her certifications have been under scholarship and her main goal is to give quality movement education at an affordable rate and to people who need it most.

What a revelation! After the first couple of lessons of this course I decided to start on a 4 year journey to become a Feldenkrais practitioner. I am a physician, osteopath and hypnotist and feel like I have just found the missing link. Thank you so much! 🫶

Very interesting to notice how small movements make a big difference in the experience of your body. The instructions are a bit quick, I had to pause the recording now and then to connect to my sensations, but I realise Eri wants to cover a lot of information in each session. I’ll have to come back over and over. 💖🙏
