This is the best journaling course I have taken. It has helped me on a much larger scale than simply words on a page. It is healing me. Thank you.

I've been a journal keeper for decades. Taking this course has really helped to highlight how sacred that has been. Throughout this year I'm going to go back and reread the 13 journals that have been like a friend to me in many times of need. Thank you so much for this beautiful course! Really loved it.

I’ve been wanting to start journaling for years, and I just kept putting it off and never really giving any effort. This course took the pressure of staring at a blank page off. It gave me more perspective, a good grasp on why I want to journal, and the hope that I can continue to grow in my practice.

I've been a journaler on and off since I first learned to write as a small child, but this course really brought to my attention why it has always felt important to me to write things down. It helped me to understand the basic why I journal and gave me insight that has led to learning my deeper why. I think I was born a journal keeper, but didn't realize it until now. Thank you for this course! I've thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to get to some of your live events. ~*~

Thank you Bethany, a transformational course where I realised that I am indeed a ‘journal keeper’ and where I found much to inspire and keep me writing in whatever way feels good. Many practical tips and suggestions as well as lots of resources and lessons to revisit. I love the suggestion that ‘Journalling is the map and compass for the journey of life’.

I've wanted to be a journal keeper for as long as I can remember, yet never quite knowing how, or where to start. I'm overcome with Joy after completing this course & already feeling the benefits of this sacred practice, that I've been longing to implement in my daily life. I'm making art throughout my journal with crayons ~ i forgot how much i love crayons. Doodling with colours connects me with another way of expressing the energies that are moving within my inquiries. Adding extra love & aliveness to my pages. So much Gratitude. I'll keep you updated on this journey ❤️🌹

This was a remarkable course. I have been a longtime but erratic journal keeper. The most important thing that I got from the course was defining my deeper why. I know that having articulated this, I will write more consistently.
