Allow yourself to sink deeply into the support beneath you.

Take a deep breath in and let it out on a sigh.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale slowly and completely.

Allow yourself to completely let go.

Imagine that with every breath,

Your body becomes heavier and heavier.

With every breath,

You are more and more relaxed.

Take one more deep breath,

Hold it,

And release.

Imagine that your whole body is so relaxed that you feel as if you are melting like wax into the support beneath you,

All your muscles softening and letting go,

All your bones melting in pure relaxation.

Your breathing is slow and deep.

You are feeling more and more relaxed.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Feeling more and more at peace,

Allowing yourself,

Just for this moment,

To just breathe.

Notice any thoughts that may be fluttering around in your mind.

Just notice,

Allow those thoughts to be there just as they are as you continue to breathe in and breathe out.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Now imagine that any thoughts fluttering around in your mind are birds,

Tiny,

Beautiful little birds flapping their wings and darting about.

And now imagine that there is a window before you and you can open that window and let all those tiny birds,

Those random thoughts,

Wing their way out the window,

Out of your mind,

Flying off into the distance so that your mind becomes quiet and still.

Continuing to breathe.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

Your mind is quiet and still.

Deep breath in,

Long breath out.

The open window allowing a soft,

Sweet breeze to soothe your mind.

You are relaxed,

You are safe,

And you are at peace.

Now imagine that this space,

This room that is your mind,

Begins to fill with sunlight and fresh air and that the room feels welcoming,

Open and brand new.

There is space to stretch and breathe.

You can smell the fresh air,

You can feel the refreshing breeze across your skin.

And you sense that there is something special about this room,

Almost magical in its quiet simplicity.

You breathe and wait,

Pausing to just be in this incredibly calm,

Peaceful space.

And as you rest in this soft space,

See your body being bathed in light.

Feel the light washing over you.

Your mind is clear and soft.

Feel your eyes relax.

Feel your face relax.

Your body is warm and heavy.

You are completely at peace in this shower of light.

Imagine that you can feel this soft light caressing your skin.

You can feel it permeating your whole body,

Moving through every inch of you,

Soothing,

Healing a soft,

Warm light,

Nourishing every cell in your body.

See if you can feel yourself being filled with this magical,

Healing light.

And now imagine that as this light fills your whole body,

You feel yourself becoming lighter.

Your legs and your arms seem to lift.

Your hips and your torso seems to float.

It's almost as if you are weightless,

Completely filled with this incredible healing light.

And as you feel yourself being lifted by this healing light,

See yourself drifting in the pure open space of your mind.

Notice that you are whole and healthy,

Surrounded by pure light,

Weightless in perfect health,

Breathing easily,

Moving effortlessly.

Allow yourself to feel the joy and relief of this moment of pure freedom.

Breathe.

See yourself shimmering with light,

Radiating perfect health,

And feel the joy of it.

And now take a long,

Deep breath in and exhale.

Take another long,

Deep breath in and let go.

Know that this space,

This quiet,

Healing,

Peaceful space that you have created in your mind is available to you always,

There anytime you need it,

To remind you of the truth of your perfect health.

And taking one more deep breath,

Exhaling on a long sigh,

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the support beneath you,

Bringing your awareness back to the room around you.

Stretch,

Breathe,

And go forward with your day,

Knowing that your mind and the healing energy that you have experienced are working on your behalf towards perfect health.
