There is space to stretch and breathe.
You can smell the fresh air,
You can feel the refreshing breeze across your skin.
And you sense that there is something special about this room,
Almost magical in its quiet simplicity.
You breathe and wait,
Pausing to just be in this incredibly calm,
Peaceful space.
And as you rest in this soft space,
See your body being bathed in light.
Feel the light washing over you.
