The mateeial was excellent. The format is a bit frustrating. At the beginning of each lesson we are told that there is one theory and x numbers of practices. I have been unable to discern the individual practices as being discreet. The material is presented as a run on and everything just seems to blend together. If there are for example 2 practices to consider, it would be helpful to say” the first practice is” and at the conclusion of the topic then state “ the next practice is”. I do plan to tepeat this course because the topic very much resonates with where my greatest needs are. When I do, it will be with a notepad and I hope to create a reference from which I can design an action plan to implement the stategies outlined. Perhaps then, I will be able to identify more clearly what discrete action steps that I need to employ to effectiv grow my emotional intelligence and improve my relationships with others.
