Thank you for allowing me to participate and serve you in your mission for personal improvement.

This is a guided practice for anyone interested in encouraging their mind to associate pleasure with turning procrastination on itself through simple breathing relaxation, imagery and association techniques. This slow and calming treatment of the meditation is for everyone (beginners to advanced).

Loved the imagery! It was so calming and eased the pressure of that to-do list in my mind to make it more manageable.

I so love the concept of slowing or freezing the movie in our minds. It Brings a playful sense of creativity, yet it’s very empowering.
