He prefers a science-based approach to focus on these & other areas in his life to stay humble & hungry to evolve. His approach to facilitating guided mediations & courses stems from a combination of strategy and emotion, with striving to perceive more and evaluate less. Loved this course- I journaled all the prompts and lists which made it easier to put them into practice more quickly. I noticed a change in how I am interacting with other people and can more quickly recognize negativity. I have tried to start righting down or at least thinking about the things I am gratful for that day just before I go to sleep. I have found my sleep more restful and my outlook more positive because of it. I am blessed with some some very positive people around me and am looking to find a few more and spend less time with those that don’t. This course has reinforced what mindful practices I can use to keep my outlook more positive and improve my overall health and ultimately my life. Thank you!🙏
