Pursed Lips And Sigh Technique

Invite a calm and deep awareness with this breath practice, pursed lips, sip, sip and sigh, clearing away any stagnant energies in your body, whilst releasing stress and tension and releasing feel good hormones.

Thunderbolt Breath Technique

The Thunderbolt practice helps to improve your concentration, focus and clarity. Re-centre your energy and stabilise your mind and body. Relieve any stress or tension with this technique. I will go through the technique step by step.

Breath Awareness Technique

This wonderful breath awareness practice can be done almost anywhere! A simple technique that works on increasing your awareness of your breath and allows your breath to breathe you. Bring your focus to your breath. As this practice ends I will take you through a short breath flow practice to relax your body using your breath.

Recap And Next Steps

During this session I will briefly recap and outline the breathing techniques you have learnt during the course. Discuss the importance of refreshing your memory by coming back to this course regularly. Recommendations on the length for the practice each day and other tips so that you can experience and deepen your understanding of these practices.
