Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
There is nothing else required from you other than to just breathe.
Take a moment to notice your body.
Can you feel any tension?
Are you carrying your stress in your muscles?
Allow yourself to soften those areas.
With every out-breath you take,
Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into the surface you are resting on.
Allow yourself to let go.
Let go of stress and tension.
Notice your mind.
Notice how you feel when you just stop for a minute.
If thoughts are racing in,
Just gently bring yourself back to this moment,
To this breath.
Deep breath in.
Relax and release any stress or tension.
Back to your breath.
Can you hear the outside world?
What do you hear?
Allow yourself a moment to take some deep breath to feel calm in yourself and to bring your awareness to your heart center.
Just notice what it is like to just stop for a few minutes and tune into the moment.
Tune into you.
