Meet your Teacher

Jo is a Kundalini Teacher and a Children's Yoga Teacher and has been teaching full time since 2013. Although she takes inspiration from many traditions, her heart and foundations lie with the Kundalini teachings. Her Divine Goddess style of Yoga, with meditation and movement, is loved all over the world. Her desire to share how movement and mindfulness can heal the body so effectively is what drives her every day. She is sharing this course with you as the MIND is so important that to fully understand it, is to work with it and achieve healing and peace.

Meditation To Balance The Positive Mind

A powerful, focused meditation to balance the positive mind. A strong mudra (hand gesture) and mantra (chant) will alter your neuro pathways leading the subconscious to a calm clear place, allowing your positive mind to relax.
