Welcome to this meditation.
This meditation is for the crown chakra and the crown chakra is the seventh chakra located at the very top of the head.
Its corresponding color is purple and this is your antenna,
Your aerial to divine consciousness.
It is your connection to all that is part of other realms from the realms from which you come.
It is your crown chakra that is connected to all and beyond.
When this is unbalanced you may have experiences of feeling despair,
Low,
That there's no point to anything but when it is balanced,
When you are connected you have that sense of complete connection that we are part of a oneness,
That you are part of something quite magnificent and you feel all of the real purposes of life.
You're connected to your soul,
You understand your purpose in your Dharma and life flows with great ease so it is vital and valuable that you ensure that your crown chakra is suitably relaxed and balanced.
So let's begin today's meditation.
Ensure you're not driving but just be somewhere that is comfortable,
You could be seated or you could be laying down.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and again another deep breath in and out,
In and out and bringing yourself into this present moment,
To this space.
And just taking this breath around the body we're going to take a deep breath into the feet and out.
And taking this deep breath down into your fingers and breathe out.
Taking this deep breath down into your belly and out.
Now taking this deep breath up into your head just allow your breath to fall to its natural rhythm.
We're just going to take this feeling of relaxation through the body so I'm going to take your awareness around the body and as I do take your mind there,
Take your awareness there,
Try not to move.
So just become aware of your feet,
Your toes,
Tops of your feet,
Bottoms of your feet,
Ankles,
Calf muscles,
Knees,
Your thighs and up into your hips and pelvis.
And allow the whole of your lower body to relax completely and then taking your awareness up into your stomach,
Your chest and your shoulders.
Around to your lower back,
The middle of your back,
The top of your back.
And take your awareness into your hands,
Fingers and thumbs,
Wrists,
Forearms,
Elbows,
Tops of the arms.
And just let your arms be heavy.
Relax your neck and just coming up to the face becoming aware of your lips,
Cheeks,
Ears,
Nose,
Eyes.
And just allowing the whole of your body to be completely relaxed,
Completely relaxed.
We're going to check in with all of the other chakras before we connect fully to our crown.
So at the base of your spine become aware of a red light and just breathe in to that red pulsating light at the base of your spine.
And then a little bit further up just at the navel point become aware of an orange light just slightly below your tummy button around the reproductive organs.
Aware of a pulsating orange light.
And traveling up through the central channel of the body become aware of a yellow pulsating light just above the tummy button.
Become aware of a green light at the heart center in the middle of the chest.
Breathe into that pulsating green light.
And breathing into the throat chakra a blue light at the throat space.
Breathe into that.
And taking your awareness up to the third eye just in between your eyebrows and becoming aware of an indigo light at your third eye.
Begin to feel all the colors of the chakras all of these six lights beginning to spin and swirl and merge together to create a white iridescent light.
This light surrounds the whole of your body allowing you to shine radiantly bright white light and the energy of this light travels and merges at the crown chakra resting just a few inches above the very top of your head this bright light swirling and moving and becomes a deep purple color.
And this purple light just above the top of your head is swirling and spinning and as it swirls and spins becoming aware of your connection to divinity your connection to the universe your connection to this oneness.
Just be here and bask in this feeling of aliveness and this feeling of connection as your crown chakra energy spins and spins and swirls.
And keeping this connection with the universe this purple light surrounds your head surrounds your upper body in your arms and your legs.
You shine purple.
And to increase this connection with divinity to increase this connection with the universe we're going to chant the universal sound vibration of om.
So take a deep breath in through the nose and breathe out keep holding this vision of your aura being purple and breathing in.
Breathing out keeping this vision of your crown chakra swirling just a few inches above your head breathing in and breathing out.
And let's solidify this connection by breathing in and chanting om.

You are part of the oneness,
You are part of the divine.
I'm going to read some affirmations,
You can either repeat these out loud or in your mind.
I am connected to infinite wisdom.
I have a deep wisdom that I can reach at any time I wish.
I am one with all things.
I am an everlasting soul.
I am divinity.
I am grateful and in awe of my life.
I am inspired.
I feel spirit moving through me.
I am content with my life.
I am present.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am present.
I am love.
I am peace.
I'm going to leave you to meditate for a couple more minutes and I want you to visualize purple spirals of ribbon or streamers or an energy flow around your head keeping you connected infusing your oneness.
Level up.
And it's time to slowly start to bring yourself back out of this meditation.
So I'd like to take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out.
And again deep breath in.
Breathe out just beginning to come aware of the space that you're in,
Aware of what you are sitting on and just gently begin to move your fingers and toes.
You are always at all times connected to the divine.
We're just not always aware with it.
But when you have that moment of presence,
You can really experience that connection.
Make circles with your hands and circles with your feet.
Just gently blink your eyes open and just become aware of where you are and have a little look at your space around you and bring yourself back into the here and now.
