Welcome to this positivity meditation.
Find yourself in a comfortable seated position or laying down,
Whatever works for you.
Lightly close down your eyes and know that you're not going to be disturbed for the next 10 minutes.
Begin by becoming really aware of your breathing,
Tracking your breath traveling in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allowing the breath to travel all the way down into your belly and back out and up through the mouth,
Maybe with a gentle little sigh.
I'm going to count from seven down to one.
With every count you're going to take a breath in and out through the nose and become slightly more relaxed with each breath.
Counting seven,
Breathing in through the nose fully and as you breathe out,
Allow the body to relax a little bit further into the space you are in.
Six,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and as you breathe out,
Allowing any tension or stress from any of your muscles or joints to just dissolve away.
Five,
Breathing in through the nose,
Becoming aware of the outside world around you just starting to fade a little bit and becoming a bit transparent as it falls away.
Four,
Breathing in deeply and as you breathe out,
The whole of the outside world is dissolved into just a white expanse.
Three,
Breathing in,
Allowing everything to become a place of stillness.
Two,
Breathing in deeply.
As you breathe out,
You are completely here in this present moment.
And one,
Breathing in deeply,
Breathing out,
Everything is at zero.
And we're going to turn our attention to the things that we are thankful for,
For everything that is going right in your life.
And we're going to begin in the body,
The vehicle that you are living in,
That at any given moment,
Millions of processes are happening to keep you alive.
So just having a moment to be grateful for this incredible body that you are living in.
Regardless of your state of health,
You are here now listening to this.
And therefore,
This is a reason to be grateful.
Bring your hand onto your heart and take a deep breath in.
As you breathe out,
Say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And now bring to mind a person who lights up your life.
Have an image of their face in front of you.
Feel the light shine from their eyes.
And recognize that what were the chances that you two would share your life together,
That you two would meet,
Of the billions of people,
Of the millions of choice meetings and chance opportunities that you've had in your life,
That you met this person,
And that your two souls found a common ground and were able to exist together.
That's amazing.
That's wonderful.
And bring your hand onto your heart space again,
And with an image of this person in your mind.

And bring to mind something that you can be thankful for today.
It may be a meal you have had or you were going to have.
It may be an activity or a place to go,
A place to visit,
Or just a thing to do.
Maybe you're just going to have some time,
Reading or downtime or quiet time or a nap.
But just bring to mind something that's going to happen today that you know is going to be great,
Is going to be lovely.
And see this thing happening,
See yourself enjoying this moment.
And in your mind,
Repeat,
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
And the fact that you are at the moment able to listen to me is thanks to technology and the advancements and progress that have been made so very,
Very recently that enables us to travel the world,
To work from whenever.
And our opportunities are so vast now.
And let's just have a moment and be thankful for all of the opportunities that are open and available to you today.
And now just bring both hands onto your heart space and repeat after me.

I love my ability to be.

I love the energy that I create.
