Welcome to this meditation for focus.

Be sitting with a tall spine and whether you're sitting cross-legged or in a chair make sure your spine is tall,

Hands are neatly just resting in the lap or on your knees and the top of your head is shining up to the sky.

And take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out and again deep breath in and breathe out focusing on your breath allowing your breath to travel all the way down into your belly it's bringing your awareness inwards.

Just relaxing from the toes up through the feet to the ankles through the legs,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips and pelvis.

Relaxing up through the trunk of the body up to the shoulders and pelvis.

Traveling down the arms and into the hands and fingers,

Thumbs.

Allowing the relaxation to travel all the way up your neck,

Into your head,

Up to your crown chakra and your eyes are closed and just focus the eyes up to the center of your forehead to your third eye chakra.

We're going to do a little bit of time traveling.

I want you to think about and visualize yourself in one year's time.

Where do you want to be?

How do you want your situation to be?

What do you want to be doing?

And now coming back in time to six months from now.

In order for you to be where you're going to be in a year's time,

Where do you need to be in six months time?

And now we're going to bring the time back even further.

We're going to come back to one month's time.

For you to be in that place in six months time,

Where do you want to be in a month?

What do you need to put into place?

Now we're taking the time back and coming to the end of today.

How do you feel at the end of today?

What have you achieved?

What have you done?

And now you know exactly what you need to go and do today.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out.

Slowly blink open your eyes and you know exactly what you need to go and do today.
