Sat Naam,

Welcome to this meditation today.

Today's meditation is a self-belief inducing meditation.

For times when you might be feeling anxious or have a little bit of doubt in the back of your mind,

This meditation will instill greater confidence and your self-belief will be ignited.

So let's begin by coming into a comfortable seated position or you can be lying down.

Make sure that your spine is straight and your head neck and spine are all in line with each other.

Begin by just bringing yourself into the present moment.

So take a deep breath in through your nose.

And breathe out.

And again take a deep breath in,

Sending that breath all the way down into your belly.

And breathe out.

And shining your head up to the sky,

Allow your heart to be open and your shoulders are back and relaxed.

And your palms can be facing up so they are in a receptive posture,

Ready to receive guidance,

Self-belief and confidence from the universe today.

And continue to be breathing deeply but relaxed,

Being aware of your breath but trying not to change anything.

And just become aware of the top of your head,

Feeling a growing sense of relaxation beginning right there at your crown chakra.

So gently spreads down over the third eye,

Over the top of your head,

Over your eyes,

Down your face,

Past your chin and down into the neck.

Allow this feeling of relaxation to spread across your shoulders and your upper back and then beginning to come down the arms through those triceps,

Through the elbows,

Down through the forearms,

Through the wrists,

Hands and right into the fingers and fingertips.

Bringing your awareness back to your heart space and allow this feeling of relaxation to continue down the trunk of the body,

Down over the heart chakra,

The solar plexus chakra and then down into the pelvic bowl,

The very core of your being,

Over the sacral chakra and the root chakra.

And just take a moment just to pause here and witness your energy like an elixir just swirling around in your pelvic bowl.

Just reside here for a moment at the core of your being,

Ever present,

Ever still.

And now this relaxation continues its journey down through your thighs,

Down through the knees,

Calf muscles,

Ankles,

Feet into the toes,

Into the tips of the toes and the entire body is at bliss with this relaxed feeling,

This ocean of relaxation that's swept over and through your body,

Through your physical being.

You are completely relaxed.

Allow your mind to open,

Your heart to open and be completely,

Completely relaxed.

Relax.

Relax.

And envisage a yellow light just above your tummy button at your solar plexus chakra,

This wheel of energy.

This energy point is your seat of confidence,

Of willpower,

Of determination and when balanced your self-belief and your confidence grows and soothes.

So just to reside at this spot for a moment,

This yellow light,

Pulsating,

Beautifully bright yellow and witness it beginning to spin.

Like a Catherine wheel,

Its lights spray out around the sides as it's spinning,

Allowing this yellow light to begin to spread and grow through your entire being.

And as you witness the chakra spinning you are connected to your confidence,

Your determination,

Your ability,

You are only limited by the limits of your mind.

So we're going to take ourselves now and deep into our imagination and I'd like you to bring to mind something that you wish or want or desire to do,

Partake in and be brilliant at.

And don't think too hard about it just be aware of one of the first things that comes into your mind,

Allow your subconscious to guide you here,

Don't bring yourself into the thinking mind.

So coming into a vision now of an activity that you want to excel at,

It might be something you've tried and you want to prove it might be something brand new to you in your lifestyle and bring that to your mind now.

And witness everything around this activity,

The sights,

The textures,

The colours,

The smell,

Are you indoors,

Are you outdoors,

Are you alone,

Are you with other people?

Tap into all of your senses and experience this right now.

And as an observer I want you to watch yourself doing this activity,

Doing this thing that you are doing,

But doing it perfectly,

Doing it amazingly,

Brilliantly,

Watch yourself being outstanding.

If there are other people with you look how impressed they are at what you are doing,

What you are achieving,

And just observe yourself being this person for a moment.

And now I want you to step into that person,

Now you are not you watching you,

You are you,

Being you,

Doing this activity and excelling at it,

Being absolutely brilliant.

What does it feel like?

Feel the emotions that you are experiencing as you do this activity,

As you achieve it,

As you reach these goals,

What does it feel like?

Then as people support you and encourage you and are impressed and inspired by you,

Listen to their words,

Feel the whole experience,

You did this,

You achieved it,

And if you can feel it,

If you can experience it,

You can make this happen.

You are only limited by the limits of your mind,

This is perfect for you,

Allow yourself to grow,

Allow yourself to blossom,

Know that you have everything inside of you to achieve anything you want.

Just spend a moment just enjoying this activity.

And it's time to leave this activity for today but know that you in the very near future will be doing it for real.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out,

Becoming aware of the weight of your body laying or sitting.

Be aware of your spine and gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Rub your palms together and then when you've generated a little bit of heat just bring the palms up to cover your eyes.

With the hands still over the eyes just gently flutter the eyes open,

Remove your hands and bring yourself back into this space,

Gently gazing at your surroundings with that new aura of self-belief within you.

You are able,

You are capable and today I invite you to go out,

Believe in yourself and live your best day ever.
