Welcome to this manifesting meditation.
This meditation today will allow you to fully amplify your attracting power.
You will align yourself with the loving energy of the universe so that you can manifest the changes that you not only desire but what you require.
You can practice this meditation whilst sitting or lying down in a comfortable space.
Just make sure that you're comfortable and that you're not going to be disturbed.
The ability to manifest lies within every single one of us.
All it takes is learning simple techniques in mindfulness through things like meditation to awaken this superpower.
Meditation is not about having an empty mind or clearing the mind or being of no mind.
It is about training the mind.
When the mind is trained it means that we can use it intentionally and powerful to manifest things that we require instead of just letting the mind control us.
The most helpful thing that we have that can help us to really control the mind is the breath.
Our breath has been there since the moment we were born and every day and every moment it is keeping us alive and living this full human roller coaster experience.
So by honoring our breath when we're ready to set intentions this creates a really really powerful experience.
So let's begin this meditation today by setting an intention.
So say to yourself now I manifest the changes that I desire and require.

Now let's move on to really connecting with the breath by taking five deep sensual beautiful breaths.
One,
Fully inhale.
Expand your belly and your chest as much as you can.
Hold your breath just for a moment.
And exhale.
Feel a wave of relaxation just sweep over you.
And two,
Inhale.
Filling your entire breathing system with fresh fresh oxygen and prana and life force.
Hold it.
And exhale.
Noticing that wave of relaxation gently sweeping over you again.
Three,
Inhale deeply.
So deeply that you're literally full up with air and when you feel like you can't breathe in anymore just take one more mighty little sip of breath.
Take a moment just to soak in all of that prana and life force.
And exhale noticing your body relaxing with so little effort just relax relax relax.
Four,
Fully inhale this life force this prana feeling these breaths purifying your entire body.
Hold it when you are full of air.
And exhale now not trying to do anything at all just notice how you are feeling.
And exhale.
And exhale now not trying to do anything at all just notice how you are feeling.
And five,
Last deep breath a full and beautiful intentional breath.
And when you're full hold it feeling how great this simple practice can make you feel.
And exhale allowing that wave of relaxation to sweep over you and just take a moment notice how you are feeling in this very moment.
You are abundant with life force with oxygen.
This is how you were truly created to feel.
Breathing deeply and fully is great beautiful self-care and it unites you with the universal love source cosmic energy.
Let your breath be natural now and just notice how beautiful this abundance feels how glorious you are in this power.
Good this is your new tool that you use whenever you are ready to either calm down and relax or ready to manifest a new reality ready to create a new feeling a new experience.
If ever you're feeling any kind of low self-esteem lack of motivation that negative inner voice creeps up try and immediately just pause and take three to five deep meaningful intentional sensual breaths because these breaths will always land you straight into the present moment allow you to relax and remind you that you're perfect exactly as you are no matter what else is going on around you.
Manifesting comes down to three vital components desire commitment and letting go.
Desire is the first key to manifesting.
You must know what you want and desire it so much that you can clearly see any path that you need to get there.
Knowing exactly what you're manifesting is really really important.
The universe won't the universe won't respond to vagueness.
The more details you can add to your desire the better.
You can write down your aspirations your goals really see what it is that you desire.
Take a moment now and think about your dreams your aspirations your goals your vision and see as many details as possible.
Where you are what the weather's like what do you look like the smells around you the textures the colors see every single little detail.
Once you've got a clear vision of your desire and what it is that you want to achieve now we look into the commitment side.
Only you can put in the effort to take steps towards your desires.
Whatever those steps may be even if they are not the most important.
Those steps may be even if you don't think that it's going to make much of a difference.
A tiny step when the universe sees you being proactive and moving towards your goal the universe will assist you and nudge you and carry you and hold you.
Motivate yourself to practice something every day that moves you just slightly further towards your goal.
You must commit every single day to do one thing that takes you closer to gaining what it is that you seek.
See your vision every day only you can do this no one else can be dedicated or committed but you.
Manifestation starts with you.
Good take a moment to notice how you feel.
And then finally the last part you're manifesting is the easy part it's letting go.
Let go and trust.
Completely let go of thinking too hard about the things you have to do to bring it all together that isn't your business.
Your business is just desiring it and visualizing it and then making one small step every day that's all you have to do.
Have the confidence that things fall into place perfectly.
You must know with absolute 100% certainty that your goal is attainable so have faith.
Take a few moments now to really trust in your desires becoming your reality.
Notice how you're feeling right now.
Now begin repeating these affirmations to yourself.

Visualization is an extremely powerful way to manifest.
Imagine you have attained all that you require,
All that you dream,
All that you require,
All that you dream and see yourself clearly in your mind having already achieved everything you want.
Visualize with great detail.
Your intentions are fulfilled.
See what you look like,
Who do you talk to,
See the surroundings,
Where you are,
Places you go.
Vividly see your manifestation as real.
This is improving your life today.
Slowly start to bring yourself back into your present moment.
Become aware of whatever it is you are laying on or sitting on and just wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out.
Just rub your palms together.
Place your palms over your closed eyes and then open the eyes and slowly remove your hands and just take in your surroundings.
Looking around you knowing that now you have a clear vision of how your life is going to look.
Every day when you feel any negativity creeping in take three to five deep sensual breaths.
Allow yourself to relax and repeat the mantra to you,
