Hi there,

So today we're going to be doing a meditation for anxiety and stress relief.

So this is a really gorgeous pranayama.

So pranayama is breath work and if you're new to breath work then just try this and see how it feels.

We're going to begin in easy pose,

So sitting cross-legged and you're going to bring your hands into gyan mudra,

Just to rest on the knees and your spine is tall and we're going to be doing the breath movement where you're going to be inhaling through your nose in eight parts,

So like eight sniffs to fill up your lungs and then you're going to exhale with just one long smooth breath out through the nose.

So it's like this.

Okay,

So let's tune in together first of all.

So bring your hands together at your heart centre,

We're going to tune in using the mantra Aum,

Namo,

Gurudev,

Namo.

It just connects us all together and allows you just to be really into the moment and energetically settled.

So if you haven't done this before just listen to me first of all and then join in the second and third times.

So taking a deep breath in.

.

.

Aum,

Namo,

Gurudev,

Aum,

Gurudev,

Aum,

Gurudev,

Namo.

Deep breath in and out.

Pop your hands into gyan mudra on your knees,

Close down your eyes and eight sniffs in,

One breath out all through the nose.

Let's go.

So and take a deep breath in,

Hold and breathe out.

Blink your eyes open and just take a moment just to notice how you feel.

And we're going to tune out with three Sat Nams.

So bring your hands together at your heart centre,

Breathe in deep.

Sat Nam Sat Nam Sat Nam.

I'll see you next time.
