What is your intention?
An example is being attuned to stillness in the mind field.
It could be,
I will remain awake and alert.
For the blue star especially,
It could be,
I will allow the healing light of the blue star to heal all the cells in my body.
Once we get into this position for blue star,
It's very helpful to stay still.
Let yourself be aware of your breath,
Of your body and your setup.
Let yourself get comfortable as much as you can,
And then bring your attention into your heart center,
Into your heart chakra,
And let your intention arise in your heart,
Your sankalpa.
You might be still aware of the breath and of your body,
But beginning to bring your awareness in,
What is your intention for this particular practice right now?
And then to state that in positive language,
Like it would be an affirmation,
A little bit different than an affirmation,
But it's still in the same type of language.
My body is filled with blue healing light,
Whatever that is for you.
And then once you have awareness of your intention in your heart chakra,
Then let that go,
Let it release,
So the words aren't really something you're focusing on anymore.
Bring your awareness to your whole physical body,
And notice as well the field of energy of awareness.
I am the awareness in which all of this is arising.
Physical body,
The energy body,
The blue star practice is arising in awareness.
And then we begin the practice in the eyebrow center and behind the forehead.

Let yourself become aware of your whole energy field of the blue stars,
The points,
Of the awareness in which these are arising.
And then focus on your heart center and allow your sankalpa to come back into your mind,
Into your awareness.
And if you've fallen asleep or drifted away,
Just come back.
Let your mind be awake and alert.
And bring your awareness into your eyebrow center,
The Ajna chakra.
Imagine that you're breathing in and out through your eyebrow center.
And then come to the throat center,
The Vishuddhi chakra.
And so you're breathing in and out through your throat center.
Let your mind be still.
And focused.
Coming down to the heart center.
And so you're breathing in and out into that space of the Anahata chakra.
And bring your sankalpa in.
It might be the same one.
You might have a different one for the yoga nidra part.
Let that be in your heart center,
In your awareness.
Arising and known in awareness.
And then let your mind move towards complete stillness.
No thoughts.
In the energy of the heart chakra,
There's just stillness.
Let your mind attune to the stillness.
You find you're wandering into thought.
You might focus again for a moment on the subtlety of the breath.
And then let even that awareness come down into stillness.
Let your mind be awake and alert and still.
Let your mind to be awake,
Alert.
And begin to be aware of your sankalpa,
Your intention arising in the awareness in your heart center.
Start to breathe in and out through your heart chakra.
And then begin to let your mind to let your awareness flow up through the throat center to the eyebrow center.
As you finish your inhalation,
Smoothly turn around.
Let your awareness flow back through the throat center to the heart center.
And let your awareness flow with the breath.
Soft,
Slow movement.
Smooth turnaround continuity in your breath.
And let your mind to be still even though your awareness is moving.
I am the awareness in which this is arising.
And then begin to let the flow happen from the eyebrow center to the base of the nose to the nasagra.
And then inhale back through to the eyebrow center.
Bringing a little bit of awareness of the physicalness of the breath.
Most of the awareness still on the energy flow in the pranamaya kosha.
Eyebrow center to the base of the nose and back.
Smooth,
Continuous breath.
And I am aware of the flow of breath and energy and I am the awareness in which that flow is happening,
Is being experienced.
Bring your awareness back to your whole physical body.
Move your fingers,
Toes.
Open your eyes,
Look around and move a little bit.
And if you're lying in shavasana,
Roll over onto your left side.
Support your head,
Bend your knees.
And focus on the flow of air in the right nostril.
The flow of energy,
The solar energy on the right side of the body.
Let your body come back into a more awake,
Engaged in the world state.
