May we be happy,

May we be at peace.

May our hearts be filled with loving-kindness.

May every cell of our bodies be infused with loving-kindness.

May every level of our consciousness be purified by loving-kindness.

May our thoughts and actions with each other and with the world surround us with an aura of loving-kindness.

May we radiate that out into the world.

May we offer ourselves love,

Compassion,

Joy.

May we be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.

May we be well and happy and at peace.
