Music Allowing that beautiful wave of breath to flow up into your chest and out through your open mouth.

Music Allowing that wave of breath to flow up through your chest and out through your open mouth.

Music Allowing that breath to give yourself a glimpse of your full expression.

Music Of course,

Breathing into your physical lungs.

Music Expanding your belly,

Your belly button towards the ceiling.

Music But also energetically breathing into each of your limbs.

Music Your shoulders,

Your elbows,

Your forearms.

Music Allow that oxygen to weave through all of the intricate layers of tendons,

Ligaments,

Muscles,

Bone.

Music Down into your beautiful hands,

Your healing hands.

Music Then into your hands,

Simply observing the left hand,

The receiving,

The right hand,

The giving.

Music And perhaps through a vision or an image through your mind's eye.

Allowing to see your hands,

Energy centers.

And just simply observing what condition they are in.

Where you have been receiving.

How you have been receiving gifts from nature.

The condition,

The shape,

The buoyancy of that chakra,

The energy center.

And then the right hand side of the body,

The giving.

Simply observing without judgment.

The condition of that energy center.

The vibrancy,

And observing where in your life that you have been giving.

And through your breath we place into those energy centers,

That divine breath washes down through your legs,

Through your calves,

Your ankles,

Your feet.

The soles of your feet,

Your toes.

And giving thanks to your legs,

Your feet,

For the many miles they walk.

For the places that they take you.

And they never question where they're taking you,

They just do.

And we give a holistic thanks to the physical form.

For its expression.

Its ability to transmit the divine.

And allow that to come into fruition into this world.

And allowing and accessing that divine breath within.

And sending it out through the soles of your feet like energetic tree roots into the earth.

Sending it down into the earth mother herself,

Into Gaya.

And Gaya stands there beneath you with her hands facing upwards,

Her palms touching against the soles of your feet.

She feels you.

She wholeheartedly receives you in this space.

Your energy divinely intertwines with hers.

And you feel that same heartbeat within your chest.

You feel that within her base,

Within her core.

And she weeps with joy,

This connection.

And sends all of her divine earthly gifts into you.

Compassion,

Her deep nurture.

They gently start to unfurl.

In this energy center you will reveal your true sense of courage.

And as this chakra opens,

A deep sense of purpose to all the other energy centers in your body.

Glowing down through your stomach,

This divine gold and white light winds back the dial,
