Position yourself comfortably.
An upright seating position will inform the body's physiology that you are awake,
Present and an active participant in kicking off the day to a strong and positive start.
Let's begin with a deep flushing breath.
You may feel some slight lightheadedness or tingles due to the vigorosity.
This is completely normal with this type of activating breath.
Intentionally opening the mouth wide to inhale a huge uninhibited breath,
Feeling your belly,
Then release after the slightest of suspensions on either end.
Breathing in again in this gasping motion through the mouth,
Holding for the smallest moment and exhaling when your belly is full.
Follow my lead,
Let's do five together.
In through the mouth and out through the mouth.
In through the mouth and out through the mouth.

In through the mouth and out through the mouth.
Great work.
We are using a shortcut to activate your body into an alert and highly aware state.
Release the need now to control your breath and let it unwind into your natural breathing cycle,
Gentle yet intentional as your breath finds its flow.
Bring some movement into this moment.
Give yourself permission to sway your hips and shoulders.
Bring some fluidity into the spine and ask the body to soften,
Embracing any natural sounds your body makes.
Stay present to how these movements help you ease deeper into your sacred meditation space behind the eyes,
Transcending from the eyes into the heart of gratitude.
The practice of gratitude is a powerhouse when shifting energy states in the body and works audaciously to bring forth more of what you are grateful for through the law of attraction.
As you start to embody the high vibrational frequencies that you are pouring over,
Your cells act as a beacon to attract more of the same.
Take some time to reflect on what you are grateful for in this moment.
With some slow and deep nourishing breaths,
Bring the first three deserving things into the mind and their energy into the body.
And if there is more present for you today,
Bring forth another three things that you are grateful for into your awareness.
They can be people,
Places,
Situations,
Milestones,
Material possessions,
Opportunities or abilities.
Whatever they are,
Make them relevant to you.
There is no need to have everything in your life accounted for,
Just the potent things that feel authentic right now.
It can be the simplest of simple things.
Encompass the mind and breathe the energy into your body.
Feel those expansive sensations and feel-good emotions roll through you,
From your head to your toes and all the way back into your heart.
Viewing through heart-filled eyes,
Arrive at a sense of what you are forecasting for your day ahead.
If you could design a fulfilling day into existence,
What would it look like?
Offer your imagination free reign to envision the sights,
Smells,
Sounds,
Textures and tastes of today.
Perhaps there is something difficult that you have been putting off doing,
Or something positive that you have started and let fall by the wayside that you've been giving yourself a hard time about.
With a big vocal inhale and exhale,
Release any fear or shame you've been holding onto regarding this,
And instead reorientate that energy towards a new moment of choice to inform your next action steps.
We often wait for signs or dates,
Such as New Years Day,
Our birthdays,
For a new season to take action on our goals that will step us towards our most vibrant version of self.
Every second of every day,
We make choices to inform our actions,
And all day every day we make decisions.
What if,
In one of the 86,
400 seconds that you have available today,
You choose to do that one thing that you've been waiting to do,
The one thing that you've been struggling to find the motivation or courage to engage in or complete?
Let today become a memorable day where you delivered the most loving action you could and actually showed up for yourself.
Today,
Believe in your worth,
Strengthen your efficacy,
Slice through excuses,
Stand tall over old worn out stories,
And choose well for yourself today.
The memorable gesture to self doesn't have to be a high and mighty idea,
Running 10 miles or joining a gym as soon as you start meditating,
By all means it can be.
Be audacious in your choosing,
But be realistic with your choices and goals,
Set yourself up for success.
You could start with some of the more habitual elements in your life,
Reaching for a glass of filtered water as opposed to that extra coffee or soda,
Bringing awareness to the amount of socials or media that you consume,
And rather listen to an audio book or going for a brisk walk to get the blood circulating,
Spend some time in the garden or on that project you have been dreaming about,
I can't wait until you feel that feeling of making progress and looking back at the small steps eventually contributing to meaningful change.
These little choice points all add up and all contribute to the vibrancy of your daily experience.
Big or small,
By now I think you know what you are setting out to do today,
It's time to lock that frequency into your body and commit to self today,
Bring the image of you completing what you are setting out to do into your mind's eye,
Along with all of your gratitude that you have cultivated,
Bring your palms together into prayer position and rub them back and forth creating warmth,
And once they are toasty,
Placing your palms over your eyes and taking a huge breath into the body with an equally huge exhale,
Take another huge breath into the body and an equally huge exhale,
Letting the feelings of your actions bring a smile to your face and an entirely new wave of energy to experience,
Through the energy of your smile greeting all of your senses,
Inviting richness of life into each facet of this new day,
Go forth today and notice the beauty,
Be empowered in your choices,
Be bold and live in every second,
