Dearest man,

Welcome again to the sacred fire,

A place where men have sat for eons to celebrate,

Commiserate,

And to recalibrate.

Today the flames burn for no reason different.

Bring to the fire the reasons you sit here today.

There is no need for shame or blame.

Men sit here equal to the next.

When you are comfortable,

If you haven't already done so,

Close over your eyes and have your palms facing upward and open.

Drop into the body with five purging breaths.

Bring a large quick inhalation through the mouth and exhale for longer as though you were blowing a toy boat across a pond.

Another large quick inhale through the mouth and blow the air from your body.

Briskly in through the mouth and blow from the body.

Briskly in through the mouth and blow from the body.

Last one.

Let's make it a good one.

Your biggest inhale yet.

Suspend the breath at the top for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And blow the breath from your body for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And suspend at the bottom of the breath for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Excellent.

Here you are.

Bring your hands up and lay both on either side of your chest.

One on the left-hand side of your chest and one on the right-hand side.

Start by tapping your chest with your palms flat on your body.

Going left and right.

Bringing vigorous touch to the body.

Awakening the body.

The whole way down from the chest to your torso.

Make your way to the bottom of the belly.

Leaving no area untouched.

Down through the groin,

To the tops of the legs,

The thighs,

Down to your knees.

Tapping and activating the shins,

The bony parts,

The meaty parts.

Down to your ankles,

Your feet.

Even raising one foot at a time off the floor.

Touch to grounding contact points.

Move from the soles up through the back of the ankles.

Bringing aliveness to the back of the calves and up behind the knees.

Working the way up through the hamstrings and on both sides through your ITBs.

Up the side of your legs and into your glutes.

Bringing awareness to your touch through your hands and through the activated body parts.

Move your hands.

Tapping onto your hips,

To the back of your hips and as far and as high as you can reach on either side of your back.

Bringing your hands around the front,

Up on top of both shoulders.

You're reaching out your right arm in front of you.

Tapping with your left hand down through your tricep,

Your bicep,

Down through your elbow and forearm,

All the way down to your wrists,

Your hands and fingertips.

Flipping the hand upwards.

Tapping the top of your palm,

All the way up inside of your forearm.

Along the inside of your arm,

Up into your armpit and then switching hands and holding the left arm out in front of you.

Tapping with your right hand now,

Your tricep,

Your bicep,

Your elbow,

Your forearm,

All the way down to your wrists,

Hand and fingertips.

Flipping the hand.

Tapping the top of your palm and all the way up the inside of your forearm.

Along the inside of your arm,

Up into your armpit.

From there,

Capping up the back of the neck,

Over the ears,

Over the back of the head,

To the top of the crown,

Down through the forehead,

Over the temples,

The cheeks,

The chin and bring stillness to the practice by cupping the hands over the eyes and exhale.

Breathing in now and allowing the arms to fall and come to rest by your side.

Breathe in.

Access all the sensations within the systems of the body.

What energy is present today?

Access the main story running in the body.

Access the main need within the body.

Access the main desire in the body.

Access the main habit of the body.

What is your relationship with these current bodily truths?

Is there anything that you would love to alchemize,

Shift or strengthen?

Feeling the opening,

Freeing energy across your body and out into your energy field.

Breathe these into existence and exhale the rest.

Breathe these into existence and exhale the rest.

Breathe these into existence and exhale the rest.

Flexing the hands and the feet backward to open,

Open,

Open.

Pointing the feet away from the body and tucking the hands down,

Clenching the fist to feel,

Feel,

Feel and release.

Arrive complete and whole within your body.

Activated,

Awakened and aware.

Plugged into your life and ready to have a clear sighted day.
