In times of uncertainty,
It is important to remember the faculty of your heart to bring you back into your grounded truth.
The belief and action of your own truth is what creates stability.
When our inner world is in turmoil and our thoughts are spiraling,
When the outer world seems like it has been flipped on its head and no longer in alignment,
Our heart is our direct pathway to our truth,
Peace and certainty.
For the next few moments,
I would like you to focus in on the area where you are feeling uncertain,
Whether that be on something as localized as a physical part or emotion in your body,
Or as global and large scale as a worldly event taking place,
Pinpointing it in your mind,
Why you feel uncertain,
And how that uncertainty plays out in other aspects of your life.
Breathe with me for a moment,
Wherever you are in your breath cycle,
Empty out.
Now take a big breath in through a wide open mouth,
Raising the shoulders and instantly releasing the air through the mouth and let your shoulders drop.
Allow this to be exaggerated,
As though through this action you are releasing all the stories that are not in direct alignment with your higher self.
Take a big breath in through the mouth,
Raise the shoulders,
Instantly releasing the air through your open mouth with whatever noise comes out and let your shoulders drop,
Release.
Another big breath in through the mouth,
Raise the shoulders up,
Instantly release the air through your open mouth along with all the stories,
People or plans that are in misalignment with your truth.
Switch that breath in through the nose now,
Breathing in and focus the breath around the heart space.
Let the inhale and exhale gently vibrate the heart and release.
Take another inhale in through the nose,
Directing it toward the heart,
Stimulating your inner peace,
Knowing and truth and release.
In through the nose,
Gently vibrating the heart,
Unlocking your certainty with the things that are making you feel uncertain.
What parts of this can you control?
Is there a conversation that needs to take place?
Is there a boundary that needs to be set?
Or perhaps a total re-evaluation of the structure of your life?
Some of the only things that we can truly control in life are our own emotions,
Reactions,
Expectations and how attached to the outcome we are.
Is there any way that you can take more responsibility for the things that you can control?
In a world of blaming and shaming,
Where can you step further into your power?
In a world that is built from balance,
Light and dark,
Forests and deserts,
Anger and joy,
Where can you find your balance,
Your truth,
Your certainty?
Go forth today,
Plan,
Take action,
Be grounded in your certainty and allow the fulfilment to flow.
