I have suffered for a long time with lower back pain, first from bad posture as a teenager (I was the tallest in my class and didn't want to be) and then years later finding out I have weak glutes especially my right side, all from carrying 3 big babies in 3 separate pregnancies and then having 3 long labours relatively close together. To then proceed to carry all my children on my left hip! I could barely walk 500 metres without being in extreme pain! A chiropractor helped realign my body and I have been practising yoga ever since but I still have a weak right glute. Thank you for this reminder. I also have herniated discs in my neck (another story) so will look to see if you have a talk on that 🙏🏻
